Dr. Mongiovi was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Hempfield High School. He then received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University. While at Villanova, he was involved in many service activities, including the Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity and as a volunteer in the Special Olympics. Upon graduation, he entered the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he received top honors and his Doctorate degree in Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) After dental school, Dr. Mongiovi continued his education for an additional two years, also at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Specialist degree in Orthodontics. Soon thereafter, he became board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Currently, Dr. Mongiovi is a Clinical Associate Instructor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. He loves college sports, and is an avid Villanova basketball fan. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two young daughters. In the summer, he loves relaxing on the beach.

 Meet The Team! Tatum has been working with Dr. Mongiovi since 2002. She earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Tatum is a certified Dental Assistant and holds her PA radiology certification.
Liz graduated from Villanova University in 1995 with a degree in Economics. She also earned her MBA from Seton Hall University. Liz assists with new patient consultations as well as all of the behind the scenes paperwork to keep our office running smoothly.
Brittany graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education. She is the friendly face that will greet you as you come in the front office and answer any questions you may have. You may also run into Brittany during a new patient consultation.
Jessica began working with Dr. Mongiovi in 2004. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Camden County College and is a certified Dental Assistant. She maintains her PA radiology certification as well . Jessica will always greet you with a smile when she calls you to the back for your regularly scheduled visit.
Stephanie is a graduate of the CHI Institute in Broomall, PA. where she studied Dental Assisting. She is also certified in PA for Dental radiology. Stephanie always has a smile on her face and will help you with your appointment.
Don't be surprised when you see a new smiling face calling you to the back for your regularly scheduled visit. Krista is the newest member to join the Mongiovi Orthodontic family. Although Krista is new to us, she has worked as a dental assistant for 7 years previously.
